THE ACADEMY AWARDS
82ª EDIZIONE
Da poche ore si è conclusa l'82ª edizione della cerimonia di premiazione degli Oscar tenutasi al Kodak Theatre di Los Angeles ieri 7 marzo 2010. La conduzione della serata è stata affidata alle sapienti mani degli attori statunitensi Steve Martin, alla sua terza conduzione e Alec Baldwin, alla sua prima esperienza. Le nomination erano state annunciate per tempo lo scorso 2 febbraio 2010.
Kathryn Bigelow vince senza dubbi sull'ex marito James Cameron campione d'incassi! Trionfa il suo "The Hurt locker" contro il favorito "Avatar" dell'ex marito. Il cinema indipendente vince sulle mega produzioni americane. E' un dato fondamentale.
Statuette a due italoamericani: Mauro Fiore (fotografia) e Michael Giacchino (colonna sonora).
Kathryn Bigelow risulta essere la prima donna a ricevere la prestigiosa statuetta per la regia. Un traguardo importantissimo e che in qualche modo celebra in maniera assolutamente incisiva i 100 anni della commemorazione dell'8 marzo 1910 - 2010.
